With climate change now so prominent, and further acknowledged with the UN COP26 Conference in Glasgow in the Autumn, the release of The Angry Garden, a work concerned with environmental degradation, is timely. It was originally premiered at St. Johns’ Smith Square in support of the World Wildlife Fund. A special vinyl version of The Angry Garden will be released in September.
Silvered Night, for piano and orchestra, and featuring pianist Mark Bebbinton, is a development of a piece for solo piano originally written to commemorate the centenary of the end of the First World War.
